Receiving Copies of Passports to Issue Visas for IJSO 2019 in Qatar
- Receipt of passport photocopies by e-mail for each country (no later than November 05)
- Visa is issued by the IJSO Local Organizing Committee (Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education) in coordination with the Qatar Ministry of Interior.
- Visa will be sent to all countries by e-mail. Please reply by email to confirm receipt of the visa at the same email address and at a later stage, please send a copy of the tickets to all members of the delegation after booking.
